Clothing:

• Items can be returned within 30d of the original purchase with a valid receipt or order number.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping expenses for the return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for returns.
• Bodysuits and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
• Items should be returned to 214 US 50, Rosebud, MO 63091.

Furniture and Home Décor:

• Sales are final once furniture has left the store.
• If customers would like a refund on furniture that has not left the store there is a 2% restocking fee.
• For shipped furniture refunds are possible if damage has occurred while shipping. Please reach out to us via Facebook, email, or by phone if you need to report a damaged item. Please include at least two pictures of the damage and the serial numbers.

Furniture Warranty:

• All furniture has a one year warranty from the date of sale.
• Rachel's Rustic Room | The Sister Boutique must be alerted to damages with 30d of purchase to provide compensation.

Clothing and Select Home Décor:

• $7 for standard 3-5 day shipping
• $9 for expedited 1-2 day shipping
• Free shipping for clothing / accessory cart totals over $75
• Orders placed after noon will be shipped the next day
• Orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be shipped Tuesday
• Most shipments will arrive via USPS and tracking information will be provided via email when the shipping label is printed.
• FREE local pick up is available at the Rosebud and Hermann locations

Furniture Delivery:

• Free delivery to Rosebud, MO addresses
• $75 for delivery within 45min of Rosebud, MO with a $300 minimum purchase
• $250 delivery within 90min of Rosebud with a $2000 minimum spend. Delivery fee can be reduced to $150 if customers can help unload. Please call (573) 764-5607 or message Rachel's Rustic Room on Facebook or Instagram with delivery questions.
• Delivery includes drop-off and set up

Clothing Holding:

• Clothing items may be held for 24hrs without payment at Rosebud or Hermann locations
• Clothing can be transferred for FREE from one location to another for pickup, but please allow for at least one week for the transfer

Furniture Holding:

• A minimum 50% deposit is required to hold or special order furniture.
• If you prefer to only pay the 50% deposit please do not order directly online and call the Rosebud store at (573) 764-5607 or message Rachel's Rustic Room on Facebook or Instagram.

Furniture Local Pick Up:

• Furniture must be picked up at the Rosebud location only.
• Please plan to load the furniture yourself. If that is not possible please notify the Rosebud store at (573) 764-5607 or message Rachel's Rustic Room on Facebook or Instagram so we can arrange someone to help load.
• Please pull to the rear of the Rosebud store near the loading dock and have a your order number ready so the store associate can retrieve your order.
• If a furniture item is ordered from the website most items are available within 2-3 weeks for local pick-up. If you the items are needed urgently please contact us via phone (573) 764-5607 or message Rachel's Rustic Room on Facebook or Instagram so we can provide a more precise availability date prior to placing the order.
